What You Get
As part of our commitment to promoting digital literacy in our community and the nation , we are offering a free Basic Computer Literacy course to all participants. In addition, participants can choose one other module of their choosing from the Applied Digital Literacy (ADL) course for free.
Requirement
Registration fee of GHC 100
Smart Phone / Laptop
For those who wish to add extra modules beyond the free offering, a fee of GHC 230 will be charged per additional module.
Basic Computer Literacy
This course is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of using a computer. Participants will learn about computer hardware, software, and operating systems. They will also learn how to use basic computer applications, such as word processors and web browsers. The course will cover essential computer skills such as file management, keyboarding, and navigating the desktop. By the end of this course, participants will have a solid understanding of how to use a computer effectively and efficiently.

Word processing
This course will cover the basics of word processing software, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Participants will learn how to create, edit, and format documents using various tools and features. They will also learn how to use templates, styles, and themes to create professional-looking documents.
Excel/Google Sheets
This course will teach participants how to use spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. They will learn how to create and format spreadsheets, enter and manipulate data, and perform basic calculations. Participants will also learn how to use charts and graphs to visualize data and make it easier to understand.
Graphi Design
This course will cover the basics of graphic design software, such as Canva. Participants will learn how to create professional-looking designs for social media, websites, presentations, and more. They will learn how to use templates, graphics, and text to create eye-catching designs.
